Orders received on normal business days before 2PM ET will ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM ET will ship the next business day. Shipments are sent by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carrier is chosen at our discretion based upon factors such as package weight and shipping destination. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us prior to placing and order to see if we are able to make arrangements. Tracking # will be provided upon shipment.

Shipments generally cannot be sent to PO Boxes, you must provide a valid street address. Please keep in mind that Next-Day shipments received after 2PM ET on a Friday will not ship out until Monday! Please refer to carrier websites for estimated transit times. To prevent delays, please confirm that you are providing the correct and up-to-date shipping address.

We have partnered with eBay's Global Shipping Program to offer international shipping to customers in eligible countries. International customers will see an estimated delivery date that includes our handling time, estimated ship time to eBay's Global Shipping Center, and the estimated delivery time from the Global Shipping Center to the customer's location. International shipping charges will include any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and let us know. If the same item is not in stock or not available for any other reason, then you may return the item for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. At our discretion we may pay for the shipping cost if the item was defective, damaged, or there was a shipping error on our behalf.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
